Do you sell directly?
No. We are a mediation and coordination office. We represent the transaction between a verified seller and a qualified buyer, and we coordinate it to completion.
Home / Procedure
Simple, secure and transparent. Five stages, each one closing before the next begins.
Send a formal letter of intent or purchase order stating the product, quantity, specification and delivery destination, together with your company profile and buyer information. This is the only document needed to open a file.
We review and verify the buyer’s information, financial capacity and technical ability to receive the cargo. Nothing is offered before this stage closes.
A detailed offer is provided to the qualified buyer: price, quantity, specification, delivery terms, the purchasing procedure and the documentation that will be available.
Both parties discuss and finalise price and terms. The contract is drafted, reviewed by both sides and signed.
The contract is executed: loading, shipment, documentation and follow-up through to discharge at the nominated port, with progress reported at each stage.
Before you write
A first enquiry does not need to be long. If it contains the product, the quantity, the specification and the destination, we can respond with something useful.
Send it to info@eng-mediation.com, or use the inquiry form. Every formal request is acknowledged.
