Commercial mediation
We introduce qualified buyers to verified Iraqi sellers and manage the discussion between them from first contact to signature.
Basrah, Iraq — Est. commercial mediation
We are an independent commercial mediation office in Basrah. We connect refineries, traders and end buyers with verified Iraqi sellers — and coordinate the offer, the contract and the shipment through to delivery.
Who we are
Buying petroleum out of Iraq is rarely difficult because of the cargo. It is difficult because of everything around it: verifying who you are dealing with, matching a specification to a real parcel, aligning terms, and keeping documents moving.
That is the work we do. We qualify both sides of a transaction, issue a clear commercial offer, and coordinate contract, logistics and documentation until the cargo is delivered. We act as a mediator — not as a broker chain.
What we do
Mediation, sourcing and supply, and logistics coordination with shipping, insurance and land transport — all supporting the same goal: getting a qualified buyer and a verified seller to a signed contract and a delivered cargo.
We introduce qualified buyers to verified Iraqi sellers and manage the discussion between them from first contact to signature.
Current market intelligence, SOMO-related offers, price direction and the industry news that affects your parcel.
Shipping, freight, loading and delivery to the discharge port, coordinated with the seller and the terminal.
Contracts, permits, certificates of quality and quantity, and the export paperwork each destination requires.
We stay on the transaction after signature — through loading, sailing and discharge — until the buyer confirms delivery.
Both sides are checked before an offer is issued, so neither party spends time on a counterparty that cannot perform.
Products

High-yielding heavy crude for complex refineries with conversion units.

Fuel oil for power generation and marine use, to buyer specification.
Procedure — in order
Each step must close before the next one opens. That is what keeps a transaction clean.

We verify the buyer’s standing, financial capacity and ability to perform before anything is offered.
A detailed offer covering price, quantity, specification, delivery terms and the purchasing procedure.
Both parties agree price and terms, and the contract is drafted, reviewed and signed.
Loading, shipment, documentation and follow-up through to discharge at the nominated port.
